About Surf City Skates

Surf City Skates is a roller skating lifestyle brand and skate shop created in 2015 by avid roller-skater, 

Toni Edwards.

​

 The home based skate business that started in her garage, shortly thereafter grew into a pop-up shop at the local Huntington Beach weekly Farmer's market in 2017. In February 2018, Toni opened the first, full service brick and mortar Pro Skate Shop in Huntington Beach, CA., at the Old World Village right next door to the world-renowned Vans HB Skate park.

Our mission is to inspire people to reach for their personal roller skating goals, and to inform and educate people about the proper skates and gear that they need to achieve those. We promise to help get beginner, intermediate or seasoned skaters into the best performing and looking gear for their personal skate needs, as well as offering tips, training, tutorials and more with our network of highly experienced roller skaters.
